On March 2, 2020, Constellation completed the sale of the Ballast Point brand to Kings & Convicts Brewing Co., together with a number of the brand’s associated production facilities and brewpubs, excluding Constellation’s production brewery and distribution warehouse in Daleville, Virginia.
